My weight loss has been extremely slow and stalled for the
past couple of months…mostly because I had become weary and anxious and had slowly…almost without detection …began
to rely more on my own strength and less and less on involving God in the
process. Thus, stagnation!!!
Satan is a liar who prowls and lurks just waiting for an
opening to use our weaknesses to try to destroy the “Good” in our lives. His goal is simple and always the same … to
steal, kill, and destroy…lives, dreams, goals, successes…etc… especially if we
are in alignment with God’s “Good” for us!
Well, scripture said that God will not tempt us beyond our
ability to resist and that He will always provide us with a way out ! I am a living witness to how faithful God is
to protect, provide for, reclaim us from our weakness moments.
He has reclaimed me and restored my power, strength and focus by connecting
me with 3 other women who are also on this journey. We are a divine connection brought together
to support and to worship God with our renewed minds, surrendered hearts and
bodies. We are meeting weekly and using the book: Lose It For Life and workbook for bible study and guidance.
There is no failure in God!
I didn’t gain any weight during my stagnation but I am
already back to losing weight again!!!
All Glory to God!!!
This so confirms for me that all things are possible with
God…even if your journey twists and turns…and stalls!!! Lol!!!
