Tradition of Celebration: Tonight it was Katie's turn

As it is always our tradition. Katie, Gay and I had our girl's night out to celebrate Katie's Birthday. We when back to Bennett's Pure Foods (yum!)...the same restaurant where we celebrated Gay's Birthday. In addition, we when to see a youth production of Bye Bye Birdie....starring Katie's 14 year old son (and my Godson) in the role of "Mr Peterson" (The role played by Dick Van Dyke in the movie). He was fabulous! He looked and wonderfully portrayed a mature 32 year old character. His love interest was portrayed by an 18 year old...on whom he planted a very lengthy kiss! However, he's a pretty seasoned actor now. He's been in community theatre for several years and even had a significant role in the ACT theatre production of The Christmas Carol last December.
